Any incident causing damage or harm to persons, vehicles, animals or property must be reported to the Course Leader immediately. Where any incident occurs on Road System, all vehicles must remain static at the accident scene and must not be moved unless there is a need to minimise injury.

Marshals Lights to be displayed before anyone starts removing cones Speed limit reduced to 20mph and 10mph in the vicinity of pedestrians Anyone collecting cones should adhere to the following Lift with bent knee and straight back As an adult - not lift more than 4 large cones at one time As a child - not lift more than 2 large cones at one time Be aware of and take action to avoid the risk of unsecured cones moving/shifting during vehicle movements Cones to be placed in piles around the road system for collection by the trailer. Smaller cones can be placed in your car and returned to the cone store Cone stacks carried in box trailers should be secured at all times using the load bars provided
